You Have Edged Weapons for Sale

I am always interested in purchasing rare or unusual bayonets, short swords or fighting knives for my own private collection or for resale on my web site.  Please send some photos of your item(s) with a brief description (including any markings you see) to me along with your asking price.  Please also let me know what City, Country you live since I live in the United States and shipping costs can be a large part of the total cost.  I will not identify your bayonet for you but I will let you know if I am interested and/or what price I can afford to pay for your item.  I typically pay about 50-70% of what your bayonet is retailed at which leaves me a small profit when trying to resell the bayonet in the future on my web site.  Rare or unusual items in the best condition bring the best prices.  Common items or pieces in less that top condition generate the lowest prices.

Bayonet Identification Service

I receive many requests for bayonet identifications wanting to know what the item is, it's rarity and/or value but I can no longer provide these services for free.  You have two options if you would like to determine what you have:

1. I sell a subscription to my reference section that identifies several thousand bayonets with rarities, values, photos and descriptions for $10 usd for 1 year membership.  This option allows you to search the bayonets yourself anytime day or night.  This option is perfect when you have many bayonets to identify at one time or you want access to a reference resource for a longer period of time.  Please check out the Join my Reference Section page to learn more.
2. I also will provide a bayonet identification service for the very reasonable price of $5 usd for each individual bayonet or edged weapon.  Please send me some photos of the bayonet or weapon and its scabbard or sheath to my email at [email protected] and let me know any noticeable markings, the overall length and blade length.  If you have a paypal account, you can send your payment of $5 usd per item to my paypal email (please ask me for my paypal email).  If you don't have a paypal account, you can request my mailing address to use other payment options like a Money Order or check.  Once I receive your payment, I will send you the identification analysis of your item which will include a detailed description, its rarity and its typical retail value in today's market by return email (typically with 24 hours).  I can also include an offer to purchase your item if you are interested in selling the item.  If I do end up purchasing your item, I will deduct the identification fee from the purchase price.  Please contact me for payment details if you are interested.
